Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellations, and refunds for ObraCraft subscriptions, operated by DMZ Technology Corp. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Free trial
New subscriptions may include a free trial (currently 3 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged. You can cancel during the trial at any time to avoid being charged.
Billing & auto-renewal
- Plans are billed in advance each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices and any taxes are shown at checkout.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal (Account → Billing → Manage Billing).
- Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unless required by law.
- Because a free trial is offered, charges generally occur only after you've had a chance to evaluate the Service.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we'll review it in good faith.
Failed or past-due payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Extended non-payment may result in cancellation.
Price changes
We may change plan prices. We'll give notice before a change affects your renewal; continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
