Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellations, and refunds for ObraCraft subscriptions, operated by DMZ Technology Corp. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Free trial
New subscriptions may include a free trial — the length is shown at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged. You can cancel during the trial at any time to avoid being charged.
Billing & auto-renewal
- Plans are billed in advance each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices and any taxes are shown at checkout.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal (Account → Billing → Manage Billing).
- Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: full refund if you request it within 15 days of the charge.
- Annual subscriptions and renewals: full refund if you request it within 30 days of the charge. Each annual renewal opens a new 30-day window for that renewal payment.
- After the applicable window, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unless required by law.
- When a refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled at the same time and access ends per the cancellation terms above.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Failed or past-due payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Extended non-payment may result in cancellation.
Price changes
We may change plan prices. We'll give notice before a change affects your renewal; continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
