Common questions
- Signing in. ObraCraft uses a one-time 6-digit code sent to your email — there's no password to remember. Enter your email on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a code. On supported devices you can also unlock with Face ID.
- Managing your subscription. Plans and billing are managed on the website at app.obracraft.com/billing through our payment provider, Stripe.
- Plans offline. Open a project's Documents, tap Download for offline, and its plans are saved on your device so you can view them with no signal.
- Notifications. Enable notifications when prompted to get alerts for mentions, messages, and change-order decisions.
- Deleting your account. The account owner can permanently delete the organization and all its data in-app under Account Settings → Danger zone.
